“Had a bit of an issue with our order at Lazeez Shawarma. One of the staff members (a lady) made my order incorrectly. Since We are regular customer, I went back to get it fixed.

Thankfully, another staff member named Sumit Beniwal handled the situation very professionally. He listened to me carefully, apologized sincerely, and made my order again the right way.

The falafel wrap turned out to be very tasty, and I really appreciated the great customer service. Overall, this is still one of the best shawarma places in London!“
