“I want to personally thank the team at Sole for such an amazing birthday dinner !! The few times I have come I have always had a great experience but when I went to book online it looked like it was full booked up. Aniko saw my post looking for different options made it happen and found us a table! I thought that was the great deed end there but the whole experience made me feel so extremely special. Being welcomed in like I was a friend to when I got to my table I had flowers and a birthday card waiting for me🥹 those who have December birthdays know we often get slacked but the team made me truly feel special! Drink options were delicious and made fresh. Had a baked Brie with fresh mixed berry sauce as an appetizer. Dinner was phenomenal I had smoked chicken (tasted like the best Mac and cheese I’ve ever had) and for dessert they came out with a special birthday crème brûlée and truffles! As a group we also ordered the triple layer chocolate cake (will be something I will be dreaming of for a while haha). To share what my friends had- a salmon with a salad and beef short rib. Everything was so delicious and cooked perfectly. You can tell they take time to think about proper pairing/flavouring and how to make the food taste good. Toronto Lazeez is no match to Waterloo Lazeez, make sure they squeeze as much garlic sauce as possible onto whatever you order but I wouldn’t suggest going above three lines of hot sauce if you care about your stomach at all“
