“I cannot say enough positive about this location. Twice every summer I bring my Karate Camp Students on a walk to Wendy’s and treat them to $1 Frosty’s. Today 26 of us were served our sweet treats with a smile and extremely quick service. We had one of the students sadly drop their ice cream and the associate working was more than happy to replace it. We sat out side under the nice shaded tree and enjoyed our Frosty before heading back. Thank you to the staff for being so wonderful to us every summer.“

“Honestly, it was one of those nights. Just finished about a 13hr straight day, then headed straight to Wendy's for some tasty treats. I was so tired that it took me 10min to order from app. The dining area was even closed by the time I finished the order (which I did wrong) 🤣 The staff was exceptionally kind, patient, and hospitable. It is strange to see way less people sitting in Wendy's since I was a kid, but I am happy that there continues to be kind people working in a fasr food place where they experience a lot of challenging situations. “Amazing spot, I was dying from thirst in the parking lot, got so bad to a point where I thought I was going to pass out, that was when the angel that is Marcella sprinted to my aid and provided me with the sustenance and quench of thirst I was requiring withouting needing use if my vocal chords. This is an amazing wendys. And Marcella is an amazing worker. BRAVO MARCELLA.“

“This Wendy’s location is honestly the best one in London! The staff here are always super friendly and respectful. Every time I’ve gone with my kid, they’ve given her a little gift and treated us so kindly. The service is great, and you can really feel they care about their customers. If I’m going to Wendy’s in London, this is the only location I’d choose!“

“Had an incident where my burger was made wrong (mistakes happen. I get it), i called about it as i had got all the way home on the bus before i noticed, and they offered to replace it next time i came in.
I came back tonight for my replacement burger, only for the manager to kindly comp the rest of the meal i ordered in addition. As i was leaving to catch my bus, i received a call telling me it was likely made wrong again. He invited me back to swap it out for the correct burger and offered me a free frosty on top of that.
The manager on shift this night went above and beyond to assist me and that kindness will not be lost on me. The least I can do is leave the store a good review. If he ends up reading this, I hope he knows he's made my day after a long shift at work. Thank you so much!“

“The place was clean the staff very friendly I would definitely go back there for sure. They have a breakfast special that is just awesome and very filling, for a bit more filling menu, they have a great deal on Jr.bacon cheese burgers and the frosteys are cheap and hit the spit with warmer weather in it's way...

“Dining area wasn’t busy. But the Drive through & ashier was very busy. The waiting time to receive the order is reasonable with the number of orders. Very neat, staff are very attentive and friendly. & good location with plenty parking spots.“
