I cannot recommend this location anymore, today my partner and I decided to stop into Wendy's. We instantly noticed that the dining area was blocked off. Rather than following the law and checking for vaccine certificate etc and allowing customers to dine in. this allowing franchisee's to make the decision is a problem. Other London locations dining areas are open, if their staff can find the time to check certificates and photo ID why can't Hyde Park? It takes the same amount...read full review
Was the only customer and they still messed up my order. Ordered a poutine, and was charged for it, but only received regular fries 😠. Not the first time they’ve messed up my order at this location either
