The coffee and pastries are great and the atmosphere is comfortable and casual. A place you can spend a couple of hours over coffee with a friend. The pandemic has taken its toll and I hope that Williams will survive to once again become the busy, noisy, pleasant place to spend time over coffee.
I go to Williams for its fresh foods. Have had the bento box which was wonderful with green tea...both were served hot. I have had various lunches at Williams many times and never had a bad meal. Now a couple of times the service has been slower than I was use to and the washroom could have been cleaner, but all in all, I would go back.

Oct 25 / 20 I believe this fine location has Closed under Covit19. I have driven in a few times lately and a written note on the front door says closed , a common excuse in restaurants says renovations I think they need new franchisee or management
