“Mrs. Mitchell’s restaurant is about an hour and a half away from my home yet I love going there and cannot get there often enough. I highly recommend it to anyone who likes good food. You will love the food, the decor and the service. When you get there tell them Bryen says hi.”

“Absolutely the best surprise we have had in a long time. Stopped in for a quick bite to eat, decided to have some lasagna, my wife said she would have a couple of bites, she ate 1/2 it was sooooooooo good. We left with another piece as take out for dinner. Absolutely delicious, service was fantastic, we will be back for sure!”

“Wow! We found a great pub, Peters Cellars, at the inn. Downstairs in of course. Room for about 20 to 25 people , so cozy is the word. My wife and I enjoyed the beef tacos - great food, terrific presentation and service. There were few people at 8 PM when we arrived, so quite intimate. Fully recommend. And the dessert menu is great too.”

“We love going for road trips to check out different chip trucks and JJs did not disappoint! Amazing food and fabulous service. We drove back to visit again a week later - it was that good! The jalapeño popper burger is to die for!! Loooveeed the poutine and onion rings!! The lady serving us was the owner and so lovely. Will definitely come here on the motorcycles a bunch this summer!”

“I found out about this place because I was a vendor at a fall event hosted by them. Well, i went back again just to eat and shop.Everyone is so friendly and the food is YUM! I bake scones myself and THEIRS ARE SO GOOD!!!!! And HUGE! And we waited for a pizza. It was ??? i would go back and eat another pizza and not share lol. The cheese was amazing and stringy, the dough was ?. I also had some fancy bold breakfast tea.Next time I will definitely go back and try their Globe restaurant as it was closed on the day I was there ( Thursday).If you arent going to eat, they have the cutest gift options available there!Oops i thought I had a photo but i cant find it anymore.”

“This is an update for a review I posted 4 years ago.We had the best service ever here. From the second we opened the door we were welcomed with an authentic greeting from the dude working there. This really set the mood and put a smile on my face. I wanted to try something different and the guy recommended the steak sandwich. I was sold. I told him to order it his way.The steak was perfectly cooked and the jalapeños were nice and spicy. It could have had some more fried onions on it (I’ll ask for that next time).There are a ton of vegetarian options too. The craft drinks are super refreshing (the sweet tea was a little too sweet for my liking)As we were leaving we were wished a good night and weekend. It put a huge smile on our face. “I found this place looking for live entertainment on a Saturday night; they did not have one but it may have been better without a band.Its located 15 minutes away from Blue Mountain.The venue is a renovated Victorian style home. Inside the restaurant is partitioned into three spacious areas with lively conversation everywhere. The crowd was a happy mix of families, friends, dates, seniors etc.The staff were very friendly, professional, attentive and mature - a nice change from the service you may experience in the Village.We cracked a bottle of wine and our table of four tried a good portion of the menu. Started with the pirogies and popcorn shrimp. Mains were the brisket platter, chicken penne, and the two patty Burger with caesar salad and some fries.Only criticism were the desserts were good but I felt there’s some room to improve this part if the experience - an easy fix.Expect to pay a little more but you won’t be disappointed because they’re on par with Village experience.We will be back!”
