Bakery Nakamura is such a happy little discovery inside J-Town! 🥐🇯🇵 Everything looks so fresh and tempting that it’s almost impossible to walk by without buying something. 😂 I love the Japanese-style baking here — soft, delicate, not overly sweet, and you can tell there’s real care behind what they make. Excellent buns and pastries which remind me of my childhood trips to Japan. Service is Excellent as well as the atmosphere.
Been buying bread and cakes here for more than 10 years and always enjoyed them. My husband and inlaws are French from France and they loved the cakes and bread here which says a lot! Their French bread is a must try, and my personal favourite is their tiramisu. I tried the Houjicha tiramisu but still prefer the OG version they make. When I first came here their cake slices were about $5 each and now they are $8+ per slice. I love Yuzu no ki in the same plaza too, both of them...read full review
