We’ve been regular customers at this location since it’s just a short walk from our home. Being vegetarian and non-alcoholic, we usually enjoy ordering nachos, the artichoke dip, and a Pepsi. Our visits are usually peaceful and pleasant, and we stay for about an hour or so. In the past, we’ve been helped by staff like Alex, Haris, and Rosa, who always made us feel welcome and comfortable.

However, today’s experience was disappointing and quite upsetting....

“I visited the store yesterday and had a very pleasant experience. The staff were extremely courteous and professional, and the food was excellent in both taste and quality. I would especially like to mention Nancy, who treated me with great kindness and ensured outstanding customer service throughout my visit. Highly recommended.”

The food is okay (good for kids!), but the service is exceptional. Couldn’t ask for better people - which is why we keep coming back. They also have monthly events for kids (free).
