It is my store for a long while. James ( very nice barista ) knew that I became a grandma for the first time , he fixed for me my usual drink and wrote on the cup “ congrats grandma “ and it was free . Thanks James very much you are a very friendly person. I wish to see more of James in every store , he loves what he is doing. Merry Christmas Starbucks family
Depending on the barista that serves you. Unfortunately, customers don't really have a choice. I was served by one that had a 'I don't care' attitude and it showed on her face and how she responds to my question....
Fortunately, I was well treated by another staff on a separate matter.
