Some shop assistants are very enthusiastic and will offer you a free cup of coffee after waiting for a long time. The customer service is relatively good, much better than most Tim mcds.
I feel for them as I’m not sure if they are staffed to deal with the volume. So it’s always a wait here even with mobile orders and watch out - they forget to give you the tumbler discount so you need to remind them.

I had ordered through Uber eats on red cup day and put a little note asking if they could include the cups since I had seen online some weren’t receiving them with DoorDash/Uber Eats orders. Not only did I get my red cups but I got a little hand written note from the store and all the drinks had cute little holiday stickers! They even build a snowman with a sweater for one of them. The staff here seem very caring!!
