This is an update to a 5 star review I wrote 2 yrs. ago. Yesterday, Aug. 26th, a friend & I had lunch at this location. As usual, the server(Valerie) & her service were excellent. However, my complaint is about the Manager....whom I never saw. This server always makes sure the kitchen knows I have Celiac disease & I've always been totally fine after a meal. But this time, after I'd been in the bathroom FOUR times, my friend told the server what happened...

We're a regular here at this Swiss Chalet if were feeling to eat Swiss Chalet and we usually do take out, but this time we decided to dine in. We dined in for lunch and the atmosphere was clean, nice, and well maintained. Our server Dickson served us and he was very nice and welcoming. He kept checking in on us to see if everything is ok even though he was the only person working in his section, he made sure to check on every table. He delivered excellent service to us.

We dined at this Swiss Chalet location a few days ago and were fortunate once again to have Kitty serve us. Kitty is always very warm and welcoming and has a great sense of humour. Our meal was very satisfactory and Kitty’s presence was a bonus. It is always an added pleasure to be greeted as a returning friend and not just another customer.
