Tangerine Asian Cuisine Reviews
DON’T DO IT!!
Worst experience…multiple times…at the Markham location. I thought I would try it again after a long time but things have only gotten worse.
They messed up my order and refused to correct it …I ordered sweet and sour chicken balls for my kids and they gave me sweet and sour chicken. This was part of a $100 order. I offered to drive back and pickup the correct item. The lady insisted that it wasn’t her fault since she repeated the order….and...read full review
Too busy to care about quality of food! Found a rope inside my spring roll! Never ordering from Tangerine Asian Cuisine restaurant again!
Take a look at the piece of rope/string cooked into my spring roll from Tangerine restaurant. The restaurant staff plus the owner basically are too busy to care about this. They did not seem very concerned at all. Very disappointing experience since we have eaten at Tangerine for years. They are too busy to care about the quality and...read full review
Absolutely zero customer service with this business they serve you raw chicken and refuse to refund... it’s not our policy to refund, obvious it’s their policy to rip of customers and feed them raw food.
I guess it will take a lawsuit for them to care at all about the customers that keep their business afloat.

Tangerine Asian Cuisine offers a variety of favorite dishes like Chili chicken gravy, schezwan hakka noodles, and American chopsuey. Customers love the atmosphere, the fried pineapple with ice cream dessert, and the varied cuisines. The Tangerine team is amazing – friendly, helpful, and welcoming every time. The food is always on point, a delicious heaven in every bite. Service is attentive and servers try to enhance the visit by mingling with kids, a welcome gesture embracing family feeling. Some vegetarian dishes were liked by all. However, the Bombay paneer needs a look by the chef as it was harder and asked for a knife to slice through. Some have raised concerns about the unexpected 10% service fee added to the bill, in addition to tax and tips. Others have been disappointed by the lack of spiciness in their dishes and the decrease in quality and quantity compared to the past. While some have enjoyed the accessibility within the restaurant, others advise against choosing this restaurant for vegetarian options.
