It offers a variety of delicious vegan Japanese dishes such as Dragon Roll, Fried Pineapple Rice, shrimp tempura, dynamite roll, sushi pizza, and green dragon roll. The menu is extensive with many vegetarian and vegan options, though more gluten-free choices would be appreciated. The food is made with super fresh ingredients and beautifully presented, providing flavors and textures that can impress both vegans and non-vegans alike. The bottomless green tea pot is a nice touch. The staff is attentive, with waitresses who can speak Mandarin and English. Although some customers suggest the lighting could be brighter, many appreciate the clean atmosphere and the great service. The deep fried nori is particularly praised, and the sushi pizza is highly recommended as well.
