Everest Fusion Flavours, previously A1 Hakka House, is a cosy hidden gem in the neighbourhood, run by a lovely couple. The restaurant offers a fusion of flavours with a nod to Nepal. The food is delicious, with authentic noodles that taste like a true taste of Nepal. Specific meals recommended include Bombay Dry Chicken, Indian style noodles, steam momos, Chicken manchurian, hot and sour soup, and vegetarian THUKPA. The overall food is healthy, light, and not oily or spicy. Customer service is excellent, warm, and friendly, with fast service. The server, Nirjala, was very nice and polite. The environment is calm, clean, and peaceful, with Himalayan music. Portions fit for 2 people. A must visit restaurant.
