I've been there a few times because the food is good. The service on the other hand not so good. They really need to at the very least TRY to have some form of customer service. My score is actually more of a 3.5 but since there are no 1/2 marks I had to round it to a 4. At some point the "FOB" (Fresh-Off-The-Boat) is not going to fly with the public for much longer. Food was good. I have a bias against spicy cuisine but I wouldn't mind coming in again.I'm happy that the staff didn't complain that I decided to sit out of the room the groups I was with and would go out every once in a while. I'm just not good with loud Chinese banter and bright lights @_@...
