Bubble teas at the Oshawa location are watered down so much it’s tastes like lightly flavoured water. Paying $14 for two drinks is expensive and not worth it. Not wanting to waste my money there anymore.
Not cash friendly. Banks can issue cash but they can't accept it at Chatime? Never again.
Avoid this establishment and take your cash elsewhere.
The location in Brampton gets much traffic and it’s sooooo slow. I get that they’re busy. I tried ordering delivery online, it was slow to receive it. My delivery driver was upset he had to wait so long. Also I didn’t receive an item I purchase nor was i contacted to be let known it wasn’t available. I was still charged. They only wrote on my drink that the item I wanted ( tumbler) is out of stock. Now I’m out the $13 because the store won’t answer their phone and...read full review
