If I could give a negative star I would on the customer service. I was trying to order a drink like everyone else and the place was quite busy. The cashier asked me what toppings I would like in regular voice before I asked her to repeat it in which she loudly yelled "TOPPINGS?" at the top of her lungs causing everyone to look in my direction. HI..I went to COCO 3300 MIDLAND AVE. Unit 36 today 08/20/23 @ 17:07pm and I ordered for take out 3 BROWN SUGAR PEARL MILK TEA and 1 MANGO SLUSH..And this staff in the CASHIER did not think that I can I understand her, coz I'm not Chinese, and she spoke to her coworkers in Mandarin saying something rude about me...I did not confront her because of the line up...But she should be RETRAINED particularly her attitude towards costumers...And for my order it tasted 4 out of 10...So...read full review
