“My husband and I came across this spot (May 16th) impromptu on Google Maps when our accountant moved our 10:30am appt last minute to 12pm, and we now had the time to eat some breakfast (or lunch😂). During this time, we were the only ones there, which was nice! We were welcomed by the friendly staff, and the latin music in the background gave good vibes. We ordered some beef empanadas and shared one chicharron arepa and the bandeja paisa (Colombian platter). Honestly, this meal was the best Colombian food we’ve had in the GTA thus far. Their beef empanadas were stuffed really well, and they went perfectly with their homemade salsa. Their bandeja paisa was delicious and well-portioned. The chicharron was substantial, crunchy, and didn’t have an off-gamey/porkiness (which I don’t enjoy lol); the sausage was soooo good-their spice blend was perfect; the beans were perfectly seasoned and went great with their rice; and their plantains were fried perfectly as well. We ended up getting 6 more beef empanadas to go, and we ended up regretting not buying more when we got home.😂 Will definitely make the trek from North York again to get our fill!!
Only comment though: the servers aren’t fluent in English, so there’s a bit of a language barrier. Thankfully, I can speak/understand basic Spanish, so I was able to understand them when they spoke in Spanish at times.“

“I started going here back in 2018. I was surprised because everyone really only spoke in Spanish but the owner was helpful to help me place my order. Since I have only been able to come a few times but when I get the chance I bring my friends with me. The food is so tasty and even though it’s a bit pricey you get so much food it’s worth the price .“
