“You will be wondering why 4 out of 5 when everything else is 5 out of 5, well, when you are paying the only option is e-transfer, basicallu you can not go if your method of payment is through credit card..., and there is no previous notice of it.“
“Came to have dinners with friends on Saturday. This is my tgird times to this restaurant. Great to know they open late on the weekend. We have large Oxtails soup and Carne Asada. Dishes are big portion and tasty especiallythe soup, oxtail is cooked tender. We also ordered empadas and Carimanolas. I really recommend Ecuadorian empadas and Carimanolas especially the cheese, it's really good.Drinks should try the coconut lemonade, it's too sweet to me but my friend loves it.“
“A local, small, and homey restaurant. Visited with a friend on a weekend around dinner time – neither of us are Colombian nor speak any Spanish so we felt a touch out of place when we first arrived. However, the staff were very kind and made us feel welcomed which we greatly appreciated. We got some empanadas, the bandeja montañera / paisa, and a red / orange rice dish with seafood (that I forgot the name of). The bandeja paisa was solid but not outstanding compared to some others that I’ve tried. The rice dish with seafood though was fantastic and very flavorful. I loved it! Overall, I would go back for their seafood dish and to try some of the other things on their menu.“
“Columbus Bakery has always been my comfort food place since I came from Colombia 15 years ago.I always find great baked goods when feeling homesick. My favourite are pasteles de pollo, empanadas de queso, pandequesos and almohabanas. The staff is always corteous and friendly. It feels amazing to speak with people from back home.Unfortunately, the dining-in space is very limited. The coffee is not that great considering that it is a Colombian coffee shop.Vegetarian options: You can find vegetarian options and gluten-free friendly items.Dietary restrictions: Although there are gluten-free friendly baked goods, there's still a risk of cross-contamination if you have a wheat allergy or suffer from Celiac Disease.“
