They should make the photos of their menue true and actual to what they serve. I wanted to try their hot Formosa since it looked very appealing in the menue. When it came, I was shocked, everything about it was wrong, it looked so not appealing, it looked literally like mud. completely different than the picture in the menue, smelled and tasted not pleasant. After taking a couple of spoons, I felt sick in my stomach to the point I was going to through up.

Grotto Tea Lounge offers a delightful dining experience with a beautiful interior and friendly staff. Customers appreciate the quick service, even during busy times, and the delicious food. The Formosa drink is noted for its generous size, perfect for sharing. Recent changes in ownership have brought earlier hours, and while there were minor mix-ups with orders, the staff handled them promptly. The iced strawberry tea is a highlight, with adjustable sweetness and huge portions. The Hokkaido roasted milk tea is also delicious, a drink worth returning for. The atmosphere is cute, cozy, but lively, and never too loud or overwhelming, making it a perfect place to talk and catch up. Complimentary popcorn is a nice touch, and the staff are always super nice and welcoming. The Grotto is a welcoming spot for tea lovers and food enthusiasts alike, with amazing drinks and lots of options to choose from.
