If at all possible I suggest running, not walking, away from this service and culinary disaster. It's a short 10 minute jog to eatable food and attentive service where your glass won't stick to the table. However, if you suffer from health concerns that prevent you from being able to flee there is a Tim's right next door where you can receive instant service and quality food at a quarter of the price. The location outside Gate 2 at Pearson is a nice spot with a good ambience but very much understaffed and one server in particular was not good. Slow moving (I don't want to infer lazy) and rude, she had the poor guy who was also serving/bartending running around like crazy and leaving at least a third of the guests unattended - meaning they were waving their arms trying to get attention or waiting and leaving while being ignored. Food was average. Over-priced. Ordered fish and chips and the waiter brought the Grilled Chicken club. Took 15 mins to take my order and an hour to get served. My table was sticky and and there was a hair in my coleslaw. Not impressed. It was not busy! Next time I will walk to the Terminal 3 food court.
