Service is abysmal. Out of steak, out of certain beer types. Took 20 minutes to order 30 minutes to be served, 30 more to be asked if we wanted anything else. Fortunately, our flight was delayed 2hrs, but im still waiting for my Margarita.
Older man serving was extremely rude and inattentive. Refused to split bill and forgot half the food. Food itself was terrible... the chicken was pint on the inside and fries were so overcooked you can’t bite through them. The management should be ashamed. Zero clean tables. One server in the whole bar. No bartender. I cleared my own table and asked for a rag to wipe it. The server couldn't find a cloth. I searched the whole FOH and could not find a Sani bottle. 15 minute wait to order when a second server showed up and then 27 wait for food. $40 for this food. @yyz should revoke their lease; if the health department doesn't shut them down first. Absolutely unbelievable.
