Tim Hortons, located on Port Credit overlooking Ontario Lake Beach, is a nice restaurant with friendly and cooperative staff. They follow COVID protocols and maintain a clean and organized environment. The service is quick, and guests are encouraged to be patient and respectful towards the staff, who are amazing and hardworking. Staff members like Susan are warm and welcoming, providing great customer service with a smile. Cassie is absolutely the best, working incredibly hard with dedication and a positive attitude. However, certain menu items, such as breakfast or a latte, may not be available near closing time.
