At first, I wondered why Tim Hortons needed security. But today, Sunday, I saw the Indian security guard with glasses handle a difficult situation involving a homeless person in a very professional and respectful way. He stayed calm, handled the situation properly, and did a great job.

I had ordered a double espresso I asked can it be filled up till the top, mostly people fill it up with hot water. She filled it till the top, gave me extra parchment bags.
