Extremely rude and unprofessional behaviour by management. Yelling and screaming at customers, insulting them, engaging in personal conversations while customers are waiting. They act like they’re giving people products for free.

Best coffee in Canada. love their dark roast coffee, sandwiches, donuts and muffins. prices have gone up but still manageable.
