The meat is perfectly seasoned, the sauces are delicious, and the portions are generous. The staff are super friendly and welcoming they really make you feel at home. “If you're craving bold flavors, generous portions, and a taste of Xinjiang, Urumchi Uyghur Cuisine delivers an unforgettable experience. The moment we walked in, the warm lighting and subtle ethnic decor set the tone for a cozy, authentic meal.

We started with the Lamb Skewers — juicy, smoky, and perfectly seasoned with cumin. The Big Plate Chicken was the star of the night: tender chicken chunks simmered in a spicy broth with hand-pulled noodles that soaked up every drop of flavor. The Pilov with Lamb Shank was equally impressive — the lamb melted in our mouths, and the rice was fragrant and well-seasoned.

For dessert, the Uyghur yogurt with honey and dried fruits was a refreshing surprise — creamy, slightly tart, and beautifully balanced. Service was friendly and efficient, and the staff were happy to explain the dishes to first-time visitors.
