Wendy's is a restaurant known for its delicious and fresh food, according to reviewers. The service is described as friendly, clean, and prompt, with some mentioning the staff "Ritu" and "Gurvinder" providing excellent customer service. Ritu is praised for being kind, efficient, and deserving of a raise, while Gurvinder is noted for being helpful, kind, and giving spectacular service. The restaurant offers vegetarian options and is wheelchair accessible, but it is not considered kid-friendly. Some customers have experienced issues, such as receiving the wrong burger, and have found the drive-thru staff to be rude or inattentive at times. Despite these minor problems, the overall food quality is highly praised, and many find Wendy's to be a better choice than McDonald's, especially for their fries. The location also has friendly staff in the mornings who serve biscuits and other items with great service. Overall, Wendy's is a popular spot for its tasty food and attentive service, although some reviews mention occasional service issues.
