“Hi Momoco!! I've been coming here sporadically for treats for over a year now. Best Mochi doughnuts I have ever had in my life, hands down. Momoco is where I take anyone who has never had the joy of experiencing a mochi donut before to try their first one. The doughnuts are amazing -- great mouth feel, wonderful flavours, not too sweet; fresh as well. The customer service is also always amazing. Peter, I think, is the owner's name! He's so passionate and sweet; really knows his product and cares about quality. If I could rate them 10 stars I would.

“I live in town and frequent this location as I have had nothing but poor experiences at the north side location.

I just wanted to share a positive shout out to the young lady working the cash at around 10am today. I enjoy the hot hazelnut lattes and more often then not they are made poorly (not specific to this location just in general) & I end up throwing most of it away.

This young lady made it with love. It was absolutely delicious and her customer service was wonderful.

Along with that the gentleman, whose name I believe to be Jim, that I suspect is either the owner or a manager constantly hustles and provides the best customer care. I have seen this man juggle several food orders at once and keeps his cool as best you can in that type of environment.
