“I ordered the rigatoni for take out. The order was ready.on time and hot. At home, when I opened it, I was surprised to find the amount of melted cheese on top and the quantity of the rigatoni. It was delicious. There was so much, I couldn't finish it in one sitting. The price was excellent too. I would highly recommend this dish.“

I am 76 years old and I have to say that Dieter is the best and most caring waiter that I have ever had serve me in any restaurant that I have been at. Dieter told us that his mission is to serve us as he would like to be served and to have us say at the end of the experience that his service made the visit well worth it. I confirmed that his service did make the experience well worth it. We also noticed that other members of the team were well trained and sensitive to the needs of their clients.“

This place continues to inspire and remind me of the importance of kindness, humanity and consistent strive for community change. On my most recent visit, I attended a coffee watercolour paint day, where the café repurposed used coffee grinds. This innovative practice caught my attention, as well as placing it near international dog day (also my dogs birthday) allowed me to bring my dog and my parents to participate in accessible outdoor fun for all of us and creating some art to celebrate a fun day. This was just one example of the many ways 89 continues to inspire me and the community at large.“

Customer service is top notch at first I was a bit disappointed as I received my Caesar salad late I told staff to cancel and they did and they wanted to give a compensation but I told them it’s fine as it was not a big deal. But the fact the staff outta their way to specially make a desert I desired without of charge and with out telling me shows that customer service is their priority in this location and I would definitely this Boston pizza location as the staff prioritize customer service“

“I pass this place every day and never gave it a second thought. Even my pizza-obsessed friends never mentioned it, so I walked in with low expectations.
But the pizza was seriously good. Perfect crust with just the right crunch, cheese melted perfectly, fresh toppings, and every bite felt balanced , not greasy, not bland, just solid. You can tell when a place actually cares. This one does.
I’ve had pizza from a lot of spots. This one easily makes my top three.
What really stood out? I showed up at 11:52 PM. They were minutes from closing, but the staff didn’t rush, didn’t roll their eyes, didn’t cut corners. Took the order, made it right, and stayed polite the whole time.
That says a lot. I’m definitely going back.“

“We recently had lunch in the Spirit Tree Bistro. We liked the pizza that we ordered but did not enjoy how loud it was in the Bistro. It's understandable that patrons might be somewhat exhuberant after having a cider or two, but it was a bit much for us. We wonder if the sound level could be managed better by installing some softer surfaces like curtains or tapestries on the walls. At this point we are not inclined to return because it is just too loud for our liking.“
