I have usually always had great food from here. Only once a couple months ago that I ordered 6 chicken tenders and they were cold and looked like they'd been made for like 2 hours. That was pretty disappointing considering how much the tenders cost. That said, every other time I've been here, the food is fantastic, the staff are always friendly and welcoming, and the restaurant is clean. I hate putting out negativity about a business but the one we have in Napanee is awful! Through no fault of the staff there is more often then not a lack of product available. I understand times are tough so you need to keep waste to a minimum but the amount of times I have been told that they're isn't any chicken pieces left but would I like a sandwich instead is ridiculous. Couldn't get what I originally wanted because they were sold out of chicken and they couldn't prepare anymore due to closing in 30 minutes, not my fault, actually myself and a couple others were affected by this "rule", I know staff were just following orders, but still they (KFC) lost business because of this.
