“I came in to grab a quick bubble tea tonight. I wanted to make a small substitution to my drink order and the staff were very accommodating. In an attempt to offset the substitution, they doubled one of the other ingredients at no charge, however the flavor was unfortunately quite overpowering. When I addressed the issue, they immediately corrected the error and re-made my order. Ming was very courteous and pleasant. He took care of the issue and the drink was perfect the second time around. Great service. Kind and courteous staff.“

“Shares a spot with the rice dog place so nice to get the two together. It’s also nice to have bubble tea close to campus. It’s gone downhill since first opening though and inconsistent in quality. A previous time I went I had chocolate milk tea which I’m not sure if they didn’t clean the mixer properly or something or not mixing enough but there were grounds of something in it. This time with the strawberry milk tea it was fine and delicious. I wish they also had an easier to read menu as the font is tiny.

Also avoid the bathroom at all costs. It’s been an issue for at least a year but it smells like someone had explosive diarrhea and has started to smell in the main area now. I hope management fixes it soon along with the place being understaffed.

Vegetarian options: It’s bubble tea so there’s no meat on the menu. Although I’m not sure if the bubbles are made of animal gelatine.
