“Love to come here. Stopped in this Sunday, the best customer service you could get. Owner was there walking around chatting with customers, two employees tackling the sandwhiches and a very friendly cashier. The food was fresh and delicious as always, highly recommend trying here !

“A great place if you're looking for a homemade meal made by someone else. Staff are friendly and efficient. Tons of options for you to choose from. Very affordable. Paninis and soup are tasty. The panini, soup/salad and can of pop combo is a great deal. The desserts look amazing.“

“Best customer service in Ottawa! Loved the ambience and attention the staff put on explaining the details of the menu to us.
Only place in the capital where we could find what we call a “pão francês” in Brazil.

“They recently moved to Bank St from Sparks St. So friendly! Great spot for a fast inexpensive and tasty breakfast sandwich from a local non-chain place! The lunch sandwiches (subs) look amazing but I didn’t get a chance to try. Extreme pride in ownership in display. Support this local guy.“

“I drop into this location often when on Preston. The food is always exceptional. Today I’m taking the time to add a review to additionally recognize the excellent service.
I just had some oral surgery done and I’m limited in what I can eat. One of the service team members was kind of enough to prepare me a small container of mashed potatoes in advance of them being out on the hot bar. Not only were they absolutely delicious - they were perfect for my circumstances. I can’t thank the kind woman who aided me enough!“

“I have to say that this store has the best balkan products in the area! I hope people will see that and help to support the business instead of complaining and behaving like spoiled children. Nice to have some understanding and courtesy sometimes to support the only business that offers balkan products in the area! Me and my family made pickled stuff regularly and their expiry date was very long because they can be preserved for years. People used to eat preserved food during long wars and famines and survived! That was what kept them alive! Dry products as well, they rarely go bad. Seriously times are coming when we will be happy to eat anything, and hopefully you will see that loving God and loving your neighbours is all that is asked from us! ✝️💟😊 nothing on this earth is permanent so be kind while we are here. Look how this country is destroying small businesses! Don’t be evil on top of the evil that’s prevailing here! God bless!“
