“Best customer service in Ottawa! Loved the ambience and attention the staff put on explaining the details of the menu to us.
Only place in the capital where we could find what we call a “pão francês” in Brazil.

“A great place if you're looking for a homemade meal made by someone else. Staff are friendly and efficient. Tons of options for you to choose from. Very affordable. Paninis and soup are tasty. The panini, soup/salad and can of pop combo is a great deal. The desserts look amazing.“
“They recently moved to Bank St from Sparks St. So friendly! Great spot for a fast inexpensive and tasty breakfast sandwich from a local non-chain place! The lunch sandwiches (subs) look amazing but I didn’t get a chance to try. Extreme pride in ownership in display. Support this local guy.“

“Love to come here. Stopped in this Sunday, the best customer service you could get. Owner was there walking around chatting with customers, two employees tackling the sandwhiches and a very friendly cashier. The food was fresh and delicious as always, highly recommend trying here !
