I've been here three times as of now and the bar tender is absolutely amazing. He not only remembered me and greeted me with a smile but also remembered what I ordered previously and fixed my order when a mistake was made do to miss communication on my part (a mix up between the seasonal bear and the seasonal cocktail) furthermore the restaurant staff are very friendly and on top of things as well. All around great staff and great food.
If you haven't tried their exclusive beer you're doing yourself a disservice. The beer, Eh 174 (I might have it wrong) deserves its own review of five stars. The food here is consistent, and the seating is great. Popular for good reason, the Observatory is a great place to unwind over some drinks and pub food with friends.

Good, Neat, clean and tidy! I bring my snacks over there and eat my snacks at breaktime.I am a chomper!Has a great and good fireplace, accepts dining-in, take out and so on and has lots of Games!!
