Christian was a good host! Very attentive and friendly. The food was okay but the place was freezing.

For management: I believe suggesting tips at 18% is distasteful, especially when tip suggestions are based on post-tax amounts. It should remain at 15% like most establishments.

Great atmosphere nicely dimly lit.
Server checked in regularly with a very nice and polite demeanour. Food came quickly after ordering still nice and hot.

Great experience overall and would recommend giving it a try.

I had dinner at Red Lobster Ottawa with my boyfriend and honestly we had an amazing experience. Our server Amal made our night very enjoyable. She was very hospitable and friendly! We couldn’t have asked for better service. We were in seafood heaven and it was bf first time trying lobster and crab legs. Fun was had! Thank you Amal for making our experience fun and memorable.
