This has got to be the worst service at a Tim Hortons. I don’t know what kind of system they have going, but in most Timmies if your ordering just a coffee you get it right away. Here you wait with people that have ordered breakfast etc before you get just a coffee. There system is crazy. If you don’t believe me, come and monitor this Timmies and youll see the wait time for just yo get a coffee.
Bayshore shopping center should really do say something to the owner of this Timmies.
2 people working, never more than that. The LONGEST lines I have ever seen for fast food establishment. Food is always burnt and they can pretty much guarantee at least something in or about your order will be wrong. THE WORST TIM HORTONS IN OTTAWA!
Horrible service! No napkins given. My sandwich is burnt!
