I've been ordering here for a few years at this point. Nearly identical orders every week, same time, same address. A few weeks ago, I wasn't feeling pizza and ordered something else. The next day I got an email asking for feedback and offering a discount. Two weeks later, I didn't make an order again. The owner called to make sure I was ok and remind me of the discount and ask for feedback.
They genuinely care for their loyal customers and always do their best to show their appreciation and provide excellent service. This will always be my go-to place for ordering pizza.
