The fresh bagels are amazing. All the food is and anything leftover at the end of the day is donated. People who work there are great to deal with. Highly recommend.

great service, but terrible food unfortunately. Bread was very ordinary - maybe even worse than regular grocery stores and pastries were either not fresh and/or used too many artificial ingredients and tasted like chemicals.

This was my first time at this bakery today, and I was very impressed with the quality of the bread, the environment, and the cleanliness. I highly recommend everyone to give it a try.
Friendly and positive service
In my humble opinion, they make the best Hot Cross buns
Favorite place to buy fresh bread. If you have COBS around you and you love bread, you must go and try some there. COBS bread is fresh, smells, and tastes delicious. The main thing is not overpriced. I definitely recommend COBS!!!
Just left this location and the Franchise Owner, Suhas, was so friendly and helpful. He found out that it was my first time in and exlained the COBS concept, which I really appreciated. He also sent me home with a free loaf of bread to try. This is how you exceed at customer service and create loyal customers. Thanks Suhas! You truly made my day 😊

Ughhh I’m so worried. The stress.
No shame. On January 15th walked in around opening time & felt like a club blasting Indian music & it was blasting super loud through the speakers you can hardly hear anyone speak. Couldn’t hear the cashier at the front & had to tell her I couldn’t hear her & instead of lowering the volume of the music they adjusted to speak louder & just repeated themselves when I still couldn’t hear. That day was suppose to be free bagels for the first 25 customers. They all had no idea what anyone was talking about. Someone made a phone call & came back to say they are all bakers & only way to get the free bagel is to come back at 8am. No where on the email states the time. Won’t be back here again. Went to a different location right after this to see if they were doing the promo & they had no problem at all & knew about the bagels & started giving it out to people when we arrived!
I went yesterday around 7:30am and the woman who worked there with glasses was so lovely! She was very kind and totally made my day. The cinnamon bun and hot cross buns are delicious.
