21 Club Steak and Seafood

We arrived for our reservation and was left standing at the front desk while staff just walked past us. We were there for almost 10 minutes when someone finally came out to seat us. The service was excruciatingly slow, left for huge gaps of time, even for a glass of wine, we were almost ready to leave by the time it came to our table. The server was disconnected and was too busy concentrating on the table of regulars beside us, even bumping our table to the point the glasses almost tipped over without even a shrug. The steak was overdone and dry, we were going to send it back but feared it would take too long to get another one. The table beside us had to send their meal back three times before getting it right. The food is subpar and not worth the money. The glassware smelt like they were washed in dirty water and dried with a dirty towel that sat in the water, it was so bad it we were not able to drink out of them. The serviettes were dirty and the table disheveled. It does not add up to its reputation. It is extremely overpriced for the quality of the meal, subpar service and run down establishment. There were patrons in jean shorts and flip flops, and baseball caps on backwards, even though it clearly states there is a dress code. If you are not going to enforce it then this stipulation down from your website. . All is all it was a subpar miserable experience.

Prompt courteous and fast service. Good choices on off the Menu specials at very reasonable price. If I have to pick a negative it is that they charge extra for basket of bread. Optics Not good for for a classy steak and seafood restaurant.

Food was delicious. My wife had the sole and I had the cod(which was a special foe the day). Both cooked perfectly.

The sever was absolutely fantastic and right on point. We didn't have to ask for anything he was right on the ball

Loved everything including our service but we were not given the our favourite which are the small chocolate 😢

As always this is the best my most favorite restaurant in the world Anthony and Donna are the best there's nobody that compares and they make you feel like royalty the food here is absolutely the best there is never ever ever anything wrong with the food from this place it is always higher than top 10

The food was good but not great. The restaurant was a little quiet and lacking in ambience. The decor is nice but does not gel throughout. There is something missing.

Never got to eat. Bartender John was fabulous. We set down at our table to order. Our server Dave was rude right off the bat. Looking over the falls .I asked the hostess if I could move my chair she said no problem,. The waiter returned and basically said he was montering our alcohol. And told us family stories we didn't need to know. We got up paid for the 2 drinks we had at bar . Proceeded to tell management. And left. We live in niagara falls . The restaurant is supposed to be wonderful.

The atmosphere and the salad were the only things worth raving about. We were really disappointed in the one thing they should've gotten right: steak. We ordered ours cooked medium. Mine came out well done, and my hubby's medium-well. We sent mine back and kept my hubby's for the sake of having one to share while waiting for the replacement. When my replacement came out, it was rare. We didn't have time to send it back a 2nd time as we were catching a show, and to be honest, I didn't trust the kitchen to get it right after all that.

The waiter was super apologetic, saying that the chef explained that the lighting is bad in the kitchen. But other than the apology, we weren't offered anything to make up for the fact that we shared my hubby's steak that was also not cooked to order, and by the time my replacement came out, not only was it still incorrect, but we were already done all our sides.

You shouldn't have to pay for an item that wasn't made right. At minimum, a discount or complementary dessert should've been offered. Again, we were crunched for time, so I didn't have time to argue the bill, but why should I have had to?

There is a much better steak option right across the street at the Hilton. Go there.

We have eaten here multiple times over the years and the meals are always excellent and professionally cooked. Our most favorite restaurant. Most tables have a great view of the Falls that you overlooks since the restaurant sits on the 2nd floor of the casino. The prices are a bit higher than other restaurants but well worth it and to be expected since it’s inside the casino.

Very good rib steak Perfectly cooked and juicy The garden salad was good but it could have used more EVOO in the dressing I wish they could offer half portions for the sides... we simply could not eat a steak and TWO sides... or they could offer a melange of sides on one plate ie a starch and a vegetable

Made a reservation for two people on Arpil 24 at 5 pm. I informed the server that my guest would be late. The server came back and asked when my guest would be here and told me that I would have to leave by 6:30pm as the section where I seated was reserved for a big party. I asked her why the host seated me there if it's already reserved for a big party. She didn't answer. I asked her if there's any other table available. At first, she said NO, and then she said she had to ask her manager. I told her that I didn't like to be rushed eating (steak). I lost my appetite. I got up and left, told her I changed my mind as I hadn't ordered anything yet. I was very disappointed and felt unwelcome in this high-end establishment.

Beautiful view, excellent friendly, helpful service. The food was excellent. Ambiance was quite noisy. Would go back again and ask for a quieter area.

We have eaten at 21 Club previously and have enjoyed the food. The last time was a disappointment. The steak did not seem to be the usual quality and we asked for it to be cooked medium, but it had a raw centre, the potatoes were luke warm, and the vegetable were over cooked.
