Very good rib steak Perfectly cooked and juicy The garden salad was good but it could have used more EVOO in the dressing I wish they could offer half portions for the sides... we simply could not eat a steak and TWO sides... or they could offer a melange of sides on one plate ie a starch and a vegetable
Made a reservation for two people on Arpil 24 at 5 pm. I informed the server that my guest would be late. The server came back and asked when my guest would be here and told me that I would have to leave by 6:30pm as the section where I seated was reserved for a big party. I asked her why the host seated me there if it's already reserved for a big party. She didn't answer. I asked her if there's any other table available. At first, she said NO, and then she said she had to ask her manager. I told her that I didn't like to be rushed eating (steak). I lost my appetite. I got up and left, told her I changed my mind as I hadn't ordered anything yet. I was very disappointed and felt unwelcome in this high-end establishment.
Beautiful view, excellent friendly, helpful service. The food was excellent. Ambiance was quite noisy. Would go back again and ask for a quieter area.
We have eaten at 21 Club previously and have enjoyed the food. The last time was a disappointment. The steak did not seem to be the usual quality and we asked for it to be cooked medium, but it had a raw centre, the potatoes were luke warm, and the vegetable were over cooked.
It was definitely a beautiful view of the fall, we were told to go here by folks to get the best lobster tail in town. Food was pretty good, but Sarah, keep your political views to yourself! After your comment about the tariffs, you ruined our entire experience that evening. If it wasn't for my fiancé, I would've got out up and walked out. Fortunately, the gentleman you had finish our service was awesome, and he was able to recover our evening with his much better attitude and personality!
The food and service was top notch! It was expensive but it is fine dining, very fine. Views overlooking Niagara Falls were wonderful. Would definitely recommend this restaurant. We can't wait to go back!
Our server was very pleasant and helpful with our choices. The food was excellent, cooked to perfection. Club 21 is always a nice experience.
High end restaurant with high end prices.
Nice view of the falls when they are lit up ( they weren't on the night we went)
Pros -
Food was good the sides had a good flavor
View of the falls would have been spectacular.
Nice and quiet could hold a conversation.
Cons - The steaks I found to be lackluster and could've used a little bit of seasoning and one was over cooked up unfortunately.
Cleanliness - Maybe it was just that night, but to have dirty knives and pitchers of water on the window sills for people to look at when they are trying to enjoy the view seemed kinda awful for this type of restaurant.
Cutlery - looked like it was put through a garbage disposal and well used, with water marks on them. Just not clean as I thought they should've been for a place like this.
Service was OK not bad not good wasn't really attentive, hostess made us feel like we were bothering her.
Again it might have just been a bad night a one off situation.
We unfortunately forgot to take pictures of the dishes before we got into it.
Over all was OK-Good
Parking: Paid parking 50$ for when I was there on a Thursday.
But if you sign up for a players club card they will validate for parking and will be free.

Do not waste your time.
Seems like the restaurant was put together last minute in a spare space they had. Uncomfortable bright lights that created a glare where you couldn’t see the view. Service was great, the servers and staff were extremely nice and accommodating. The seafood was good but the steak was overcooked. Ordered medium rare and it came out like rubber.

Server “L” was super sweet and kind. Food was amazing and so was atmosphere. Left in tears however and do not intend on returning which is very disappointing. I’m from US, please don’t hold this against me, and ordered two white wines over the course of my dinner which (I suppose I was culturally unaware ) WOMEN are limited to two drinks per day (vs 4 drinks for men in this country) but unfortunately halfway through my second glass I was informed this was too much as stated by the manager of the establishment. I must also note that I also add ice water to all my wine because I find it strong otherwise…. but apparently this was an issue at club 21. Never have I been so upset by a dining experience in my life. I truly loved the food and was telling my husband moments prior to this being brought to my attention that it was better than most we experienced in Germany(which OFFERS you water with your wine) last year. Needless to say I was crying and left the remainder of my dinner and did not stay for dessert. If I return I will make sure to wear a fake mustache to be allowed more than a single drink with my small lady brain. And that’s a gigantic IF!!!

Reservation was made to celebrate my daughter's 19th birthday and was, therefore, part of a larger set of planned activities. This detail, as well as our two hour alloted dining time, was shared at the time of booking.
We arrived on time and were seated in a lovely section of the dining area surrounded by glass and looking out onto the falls. We promptly ordered our food and reminded the server that we had a two hour window. Appetizers arrived promptly. Escargot was bland but not terrible and the oysters were delicious. Then we waited and waited and waited...
Thirty minutes before our scheduled departure three steaks and three sides arrived. My steak was not made to order and tasted sulfuric. Given the time constraint, I elected to send it back.
I'll admit that I had high hopes 21 Club would deliver on service and food; however, they failed abysmally at both. Service should have fired up our order and communicated the time constraints to the kitchen. Coincidentally, two hours is a decent window for any restaurant to complete service especially for a 5pm reservation. Whatever the issue, the steaks and service were not to standards. Hy's (or even the Keg) does a much better job.
In the end, the lasting impression was one of a gimmicky casino restaurant seving up American chain restaurant food at ridiculous prices.

This restaurant has potential. The view and atmosphere is lovely. We selected it based on the menu assuming it was a fine dining restaurant (what we were looking for ). Our server was very unfriendly. I ordered the filet cooked medium which came out well done $65 for just the filet. I ordered asparagus for $20 a la carte which was undercooked and very crunchy with little flavour. The mashed potatoes around $12 and seemed like instant mashed based on the texture. They had no flavour. The peppercorn gravy made it edible. My sister ordered the chicken which she couldn’t finish due to the texture. Same issue with the mashed potatoes. Worst meal I’ve had in Niagara Falls and we are there monthly enjoying the restaurants as locals. Luckily we made our money spent back at the roulette table. Won’t return ever.

Overrated. The veal special for $75 was a well-done piece of fat.

This is a brilliant restaurant. Chris created a 5 star dinner exactly as I ordered. Service is spectacular. Also, the Fallsview Casino offers world class gambling and entertainment

Service was good or fine. The hostess had great energy and was really inviting. Our waitress was nice and did wait on us nicely but she didn't have any energy. Maybe she was having a bad day? Overall she was nice. The food was not what I expected honestly. It was overpriced for what was served. The food was mediocre and almost flavourless. We ordered the king crab cake, mussels, rib steak Mac and cheese and asparagus as well as an espresso martini. The mussels were the best item we ordered, everything else was kind of flavourless or mediocre.
