I have not used the hotel. I've only gone to the casino. So far, my encounter with staff and area is great. Staff are pleasant and personable, and areas are clean. Washrooms are constantly cleaned.

Noteworthy details: Olg stage was great Hugh inside
Great location near many attractions. Rooms are nice but not outstanding. The layout of the hallways can be confusing to navigate at times. There are "courtyards" in the hotel which provide a nice public space. Overall, very good but not great.
