The farm-to-table concept is taken to the next level here, as they source everything from their own farm, including fresh produce, house-made fruit preserves, and even their own honey, which you can purchase by the jar. The menu is creative and thoughtfully curated, offering dishes that are both unique and incredibly flavorful. The beef tenderloin was unbelievably tender and bursting with depth—easily one of the best I’ve had. The candied salmon appetizer was a perfect start—sweet, savory, and beautifully balanced. And don’t leave without trying the tiramisu gelato. It’s made in-house and is absolutely out of this world—creamy, rich, and a perfect finish to the meal. AG Inspired Cuisine truly lives up to its name. It’s clear that every dish is crafted with care and intention. I can’t wait to go back!“

“Absolutely gorgeous boeuf bourguignon is back on the winter menu and it is a must have! The House made sauce was beautifully done and the beef so tender! Galettes (gluten free!) sweet crepes and delicious desserts along with an impressive wine list make this little bistro one of the best hidden gems in Niagara. You should go!“

“Came here after I saw someone on Facebook do a video food review of some of their goodies and wasn't disappointed! We visited in October and purchased some of the prettiest & best tasting desserts! Every time I took a bite I would just say how good it was. We got a Chocolate Mousse, a Chocolate Coffee Mousse and a Banana Cheesecake? I can't remember exactly what they were but they were so yummy! Well done and we'll be back!“

“We come to this restaurant a few times a year but the service this time wasn't the best Some elements of it yes but here is what didn't work for me this time that was better previously 1. no one at front desk offered to take our coats 2. service between courses was too long and the restaurant wasn't full 3. more attentive table service re napkin assistance refills on water/wine 4. Crevelli w beef tenderloin has maybe 1.5oz of beef What was great: 1. Table for 2 value meal honoured even on Jan 1 holiday 2. comp glasses of sparkling for the table to celebrate my birthday 3. candle on dessert.“
