Kartik, hands down one of the best servers I’ve ever had. From the moment we were seated, he made us feel like VIPs. He was attentive without being overbearing. What really stood out was his energy and attitude always smiling, super professional, and genuinely cared that we were having a good time. Even when it got busy, he never missed a beat. Our drinks were always topped up, orders came out just right, and he checked in at all the perfect moments.
It was very busy and very noisy with several large groups. We were in a side room separate from the main area, but it was still very loud. Service was slow, and some things when they came out were cold but took so long to get that we didn't send them back. They got one order wrong and brought fries instead of mash offered to change it, but we waited long already we just ate. I've visited several Hard Rock Cafés and this is by far the worst.
I forgot our server's name but we were there around 6:40-7:40 and she's amazing! Very attentive and checking in on us. The service and food were quick and AWESOME! We tried the two Messi burger and they're really good! I like the sauce in the chicken burger. Their appetizer Nacho's are bomb too! We'll definitely come back ♥️
