Was on a trip to see Niagara Falls. Only problem was that my favorite college team was playing their opener that same weekend. Tried everything to get the game. Then I found 2nd level. I told them what was up. They sat me at a table right in front of a large tv, changed the channel for me, and brought over a speaker.
Made a reservation and had to stand there and wait for 15 minutes booth wasn't reserved! Took forever for a waitress! Once we got our food it was Luke warm and club had no mayonnaise on it at all!
We got our reserved table quickly, food was ok but service could have been better. At first we barely seen our waitress but then she left and we got a waiter who made us feel like we were being rushed. When we asked for more drinks he almost seemed annoyed. We where there to watch the hockey game but ended up leaving and going elsewhere due to feeling like we were taking to long at our table.
