We bought some canned beers to drink at the store. Tourists after all, we weren't very familiar with Canadian laws and regulations. Instead of guiding us and offering us options, they simply kicked us out of the store in the most hostile way. Perhaps due to racism toward Latinos or simply poor customer service. I don't recommend it.
I went there 2 times. I bought beer 1 time to bring back home, and .. 3 of the 6 beers EXPLODED !!! I try to get a customer service but No Way, I think they don't care. So I will say DON'T BUY BEER TO BRING BACK HOME. You will regret it
8 craft beers available. 4 regular and 4 seasonal. You can get 4 in a flight or all 8 if you wish. For some reason you cannot mix the regular and the seasonal, which is a shame. Basic pub crib food. A nice atmosphere in an upmarket bar in the Casino.
Beer is great, food is okay, service is terrible.
When I asked for plates because we were sharing, they just laughed at me and didn't give me knives and forks for the number of people, so I went to get them.
I found out why there were no customers at all even though it was a Friday night due to the disgusting capacity.
This is a TOURIST TRAP, DO NOT GO. Service was slow and horrible, food and drinks were over priced, and gas station quality. We joked they might get a kickback from pay by the hour parking establishments for taking longer. The only redeaming quality was OK beer, and my brief interaction with the 2nd floor bar tender was nice, even after I told him their was puke in the men's bathroom sink.
Excellent charcuterie board and service, beer was just... well, meh. Lager was too bready and not crisp, the amber was too malty with no caramel, Irish red was lackluster. So much potential, sincerely hope they get there.
Misleading menu prices , slow and rude service. Flat beer
Great service, big portions, all the food we had was made with lots of care!
Just a tourist trap. No effort at all in making beers
Place was busy and we waited to be seated. Seems like only two people working and the place was full. We seated ourselves and waited still. No one came. I decided to go to the bar to order our drinks. I felt I was intentionally ignored, and was confirmed when the server finally went to my wife and told her I shouldn't bother because the bartender "doesn't serve at the bar" and orders "go through me". I watched him take orders from customers and dispense drinks directly.
I understand they are busy, but I wasn't happy with the treatment. We just wanted a beer but waited 15 minutes for service. We won't be back.

We attempted to eat here but the server never bothered to come back to our table. Watched her wait on 9 other patrons and decided to leave.
On the evening of May 10th , my husband and I stopped in the Niagara Brewing Company Taproom located in the gallery of the Fallsview resort. There were two other tables with customers. We sat at the bar. There seemed to be only one server so we figured there would be a wait of sorts. After about 5 minutes, she came to the bar to pour drinks for a table and before we were able to say anything, and without making eye contact, we were greeted with a snappy “you’ll have to give me a minute”. Not, “hello, sorry, give me one minute and I’ll be right with you” of which we would have completely understood. When she did return and asked what we wanted – not do we have questions about the beer like most brewery's ask – I ordered a lager. My husband asked to taste the Red. The server poured two full beers. When I corrected her and said, “my husband just wanted a taste of the Red” she ignored me. When my husband corrected her (as she continued pouring a full beer), her response was “we don’t give away free beer”. There was no communication to explain that their policy is to not give samples prior to pouring the two beers. Based on her attitude and rude responses – we walked away. So instead of simply giving a sample (which every single brewery around does do) or politely communicating that their policy is not to do so, she got to pour out 2 full pints. We were in the area for 5 nights/6 days – she was the only server we encountered that was downright snappy rude. It was also the only time we were refused the opportunity to taste a beer before buying it in any restaurant, bar or brewery that we visited. Actually – in my experience of going out to eat or to a brewery in our home area – I have never been refused a sample – ever. At the end of the day the 1 star is not about the sample - it is for her rudeness and attitude and how she handled the situation. Polite communication goes a long way.
Trust me when I say that I have been to a lot of breweries around the world. This breweries beer fall WAY short. I just tried the “seasonal” beer flight and not one of the 4 was worth an even a sip. The stout was blah. The Ice Wine beer was boarder line not even drinkable and I could drink goat piss from the source. They should get their “brewery” tag stripped away. The only reason I left 2 stars was 1 star for the good club salad. If you want to try good beers, do yourself a favor and just go to the liquor store and buy beers there.
I visited the Niagara Brewing Company Taproom before a show in Niagara Falls, expecting just to pass the time, but I was pleasantly surprised by the experience. The atmosphere was lively but comfortable, with a welcoming staff. The beer selection was impressive, offering a variety of well-crafted local brews. The nachos we ordered were delicious, with generous toppings and a great portion size. Overall, it was a fantastic spot to relax with good food and drinks.
We stopped in today to enjoy a beverage. The service was great. Frank was amazing and very helpful with his recommendations.
Thanks again Frank. You're the best
