Niagara Brewing Company Taproom

It was alright. The beer didn't really do it for me all that much. The food was also alright, but given the wait time, and the price, not really sure it was worth it.

Be warned: The kitchen for the taproom is shared with Lucky's Restaurant, so if you're coming to eat after a show, you may be waiting at long time for your food, especially if the place seems understaffed.

Poor service, limited beer (no Irish Red), dirty, and expensive, (one hamburger 2 beers $69.18)

Stopped by soon after they opened and sat at the bar. While there wasn't someone at the bar when we walked in, when the bartender came out, he was really friendly and attentive. It was quiet and enjoyable. We ordered all 8 beers off the menu for the flight and some chips and guacamole which came out pretty quickly.

The chips were warm and fresh and both the guacamole and the tomato salsa were good and flavorful. I thought I would have really enjoyed the peach radler and the cream ale, neither were as sweet as I thought they would be and not what I would consider a peach radler or a cream ale. I did really enjoy their premium lager and their red ale.

I definitely enjoyed here more than the brewery itself, mainly cause the service was much better and the staff was friendly.

It was okay. Convenient location , but not much of a beer or drink selection and the menu for food is super small.

Purchased four Beerdevils to go! Christina was super nice and attentive.

Needed to purchase a side of nacho chips, to make Ontario Lottery and Gambling Corporation happy! 😀

We bought some canned beers to drink at the store. Tourists after all, we weren't very familiar with Canadian laws and regulations. Instead of guiding us and offering us options, they simply kicked us out of the store in the most hostile way. Perhaps due to racism toward Latinos or simply poor customer service. I don't recommend it.

Aiden was an extraordinary bartender!!! Very attentive to all customers needs. Very educated on products. We came back a second time because of his amazing service. Definitely a valuable asset to the team!! 5 star review of him!!!

My partner was excited to show me this restaurant and I'm glad that she did! The food was presented well and tasted incredible! I had a peach radler which was a fantastic choice and they had plenty of options for alcohol that would fit anyone's preference. The service was amazing thanks to our server Grace:)

Delicious beers, good vibes - from Vancouver Island

Relaxed setting and tasty food was enjoyed by everyone. The sour dough chicken club and burger meals were especially good and comfortably filling. Service was good.

The food was ok, but not fantastic.
The beer is predictable & doesn't leave an impression.
Prices are relatively high, as expected in a tourist casino area, but still lower than the higher end places close by.
The big letdown is the service. Every time we've been here, there were 3 people working & it was moderately busy with a couple tables still open.
It takes forever to get your food & service was disorganized. There doesn't seem to be defined sections...all the servers are busy behind the bar & serving all tables at once. On one occasion, tables were actively ignored, as the server very obviously averted her eyes while walking quickly past tables so she didn't get distracted by pesky customers. Glasses stay empty while you fight to get someone's attention for refills.
I also suggest asking for your bill well in advance, especially if you're trying to get to a show in time.
We've given them a try a few times, thinking poor experiences were one-offs, but it seems this is the norm.
We won't be back, but maybe you'll get lucky. 😁

The beers weren’t all that impressive, but presentation was very nice, unfortunately the staff appears very over worked and stressed. Our server Derek was extremely short with no conversation and made it very clear he did not have the time to explain our flight, or to even ask us how we were doing today. Initially I wanted to purchase a glass from this appealing establishment but the lack of courtesy and passion from the staff at is appalling.

Located inside the FallsView Casino Resort. Not really busy bar.
Much prefer OVERTIME inside the FallsView Casino than Niagara Brewing Company because Can watch Sports on big Screens and more selections with better service.

We dined here on a Saturday night. We were initially planning to go to Lucky’s next door but they were full. We noticed this restaurant had a lot of open tables so we went in. We sat down and a server immediately came to our table with menus. We ordered and received our food within 15 minutes, which was crazy fast! I had the buffalo chicken burger and my partner had the smash burger. Both of our meals tasted fresh and delicious, and we were so full after our sandwiches, we could barely finish our fries. I was apprehensive of the food since the restaurant was pretty empty, but it was great! Hearty portions and good flavour. Our server was friendly and knowledgeable too. Also, the prices are very fair. I was expecting hiked up prices based on the touristy area, but that was not the case.
Highly recommend!
