First time here and it was super delicious! The fresh bread is sooo good. I had what is basically the spaghetti and meatballs, which I don't normally get because it seems "basic" - but this was anything but basic. The spaghetti was perfectly al dente, and the 3 very large meatballs were so tasty, and you can tell homemade - with a touch of melted cheese on top to boot. My husband had the seafood pasta which he said was equally as good - squid, clams, shrimp - the only thing missing he said was some lump crab, but he said he wouldn't hold it against them, lol. Our waitress was super helpful in choosing a wine for us too.

Overall we truly enjoyed our meal. For our appetizer we had the crispy artichoke which was very good. Our main course was the boneless Cornish hen which cooked a but like a brick chicken and was seasoned to perfection. The ambiance was good but the decor felt more Asian than Italian. Our waiter was adequate at best. We ordered a bottle of wine and I left to go to the washroom. I was gone maybe 5 minutes and when I got back he had already brought the wine and did not want to open it until I got back, which was fine.The problem was within 5 more minutes we had our appetiser and the wine was still unopened. Our waiter was closing out the tables on both sides of us. He passed by our table at least 4 times, did not acknowledge us or open the wine. It was strange to say the least. It was at least 10 more minutes after both parties had left that he finally opened our bottle. I joked around and said, “thanks, we were starting to worry”. He remarked about how everything was hitting at once but never apologised and acted like we were putting him out. I got the sense he was wanting to turn over the tables. His demeanour was not friendly but stressful. It was obvious he did not like his job, which I understand. But to put things in perspective, this is a very high end restaurant and the waiters make very good money on tips. We ate at several other restaurants in Niagara that were not high end and some were pizza joints. Those servers were better and much more pleasant. Truthfully, his bad attitude detracted from our experience. A final positive note, this place offers a phenomenal wine list and the price point is very competitive, which I did not expect. So many of the other restaurants had mediocre wine with as much ad 300% markup, but not this place. It's definitely a winner and If you go I hope you get one if the happy waiters.

A truly memorable evening. Three days later and I'm still raving about it. It's worth the drive to Niagara Falls. Our Hostess Ann is a real profesional, knowledgeable, courteous, and an all around pleasant person. I look forward to our next visit.

First time trying this place. It was before a concert at the OLG Theatre, so it was busy and there was a bit of a wait time. I came here with 3 others, and ordered shrimps, brisket noodle soup, mixed vegetables, and fried rice. They had good portion sizes and tasted ok (average, I needed hot sauce to add more flavour). I really enjoyed the brisket noodle soup though, it was very flavourful and had a lot of brisket.

Overpriced, subpar food, and long waits after ordering. Fifteen pieces of sashimi for $50 and a salad for $30? We ordered chicken soup but it honestly tasted like water. The Chinese broccoli in the soup also had dirt in it. The table wasn’t even clean 😭 I’m still here and I don’t want to tip

Our server was Anthony He went over and above to make sure our experience was superior He explained the specials and answered all of our questions. He gave us ample attention His customer service skills were impeccable! He was friendly and knowledgable about food and pairings We hope we get him on our next trip (this was our anniversary And he even brought us chocolate!) Our only disappointment was the way the hostess at the door was talking to our server, Anthony She was reprimanding him for something. We were at our table 8 feet away. Her tone was not respectful or kind Hoping she was just having a bad evening (we were there at 5pm)

The food is excellent and the service very good. We both had the gnocchi and it was absolutely delicious! We did find it is a little too dark in the restaurant.

Our experience at Noodle Bar was truly elevated by the superb service provided by Tien. He was helpful with his food suggestions, very attentive but more importantly he was amusing, cracking jokes and making the overall dining experience extraordinary.
