Our server was Anthony He went over and above to make sure our experience was superior He explained the specials and answered all of our questions. He gave us ample attention His customer service skills were impeccable! He was friendly and knowledgable about food and pairings We hope we get him on our next trip (this was our anniversary And he even brought us chocolate!) Our only disappointment was the way the hostess at the door was talking to our server, Anthony She was reprimanding him for something. We were at our table 8 feet away. Her tone was not respectful or kind Hoping she was just having a bad evening (we were there at 5pm)

The food is excellent and the service very good. We both had the gnocchi and it was absolutely delicious! We did find it is a little too dark in the restaurant.

After several disappointing meals our last few times there, we were reluctant to go back again - BUT when we saw that they added several new items, the four of us went and WOWZA!! Home runs all around! It was like “the good ole days” @PV 👨🍳👏🏻👏🏻. Go and see for yourself this Summer! You won’t be disappointed (anymore).

We absolutely love this fine dining Italian restaurant. They serve the best wild mushroom soup with truffle oil. Delicious. Their menu whilst not extensive carries a good variety of Italian food, vegan options and meat n seafood are available. Their desserts are excellent especially their creme brulee n tiramisu and sorbets. Highly recommend this restaurant located inside the Fallsview Hotel/Casino whether it’s a family meal or a celebratory meal, this is the place.

This is the best Italian food you are going to have in Niagara Falls! They have a full bar with a well thought out wine menu offering the perfect varieties to accompany the cuisine. The food is five stars with impeccable service. The atmosphere is perfect for dressing your best and setting off the perfect date night.

Our waiter Carman was awesome! - very friendly and attentive. Our pastas were spectacular and the crème brûlée was wonderful for our birthday celebration. Can't wait to go back!
We ordered the spaghetti and meatballs, the plate came looked delicious but when we tried the Huge Meatball, it was mushy, wet, not tasty at all, very disappointed, we ate the pasta, they gave us a discount, we were going to enjoy dessert until a party of 8 came in with little children and babies. Too noisy for us , thanks but no thanks, done that, we're in our 70's at a casino and children shouldn't be allowed in these fancy restaurants. I did request a quiet spot, when we arrive there was a table of 6 all ready there but they were leaving, thought it would be a nice spot. Very disappointed

It was a good evening at Ponte Vecchio. The food took a little long but it was hot when served so we are good with the wait.

 This is a nice restaurant with a good atmosphere. Nice menu selection as well. We did find we were rushed as soon as we sat down, for the atmosphere this restaurant is presenting a few minutes to determine a glass of wine and an appetizer and 10-20 min to decide what to order for a main would seem appropriate. The food was very good and served fresh and hot. The appetizer was very good, but too light on the bread bites that were meant to go with. Like most Casino restaurants it's a bit overpriced, but enjoyable enough to make it worth it .

Everything was first class. The menu choices were varied and all of high quality. The service was professional and non intrusive. Wine selections were extensive with a range of price points. Our appetizers' were well presented and delicious. Our mains were cooked to perfection and the taste was unbelievable. We shared a dessert which ended the meal perfectly. Highly recommend.
