It was a good evening at Ponte Vecchio. The food took a little long but it was hot when served so we are good with the wait.

Everything was first class. The menu choices were varied and all of high quality. The service was professional and non intrusive. Wine selections were extensive with a range of price points. Our appetizers' were well presented and delicious. Our mains were cooked to perfection and the taste was unbelievable. We shared a dessert which ended the meal perfectly. Highly recommend.

We've been dining at Ponte Vecchio for years, and it's always a fantastic experience. The service is consistently excellent, and the food is amazing—both of which keep us coming back. The atmosphere is upscale, offering a high-end experience, yet the prices remain very reasonable. A great bonus is that you can apply your casino points toward the food bill. The staff are wonderful, and we have to give a special shout-out to LuAnn, who has provided us with exceptional service and care over the years. It's always a pleasure to plan a dinner at P.V.

The INSALATA CAPRESE was wonderful as always. The VITELLO PARMESAN pasta side hit the mark. A bit disappointed with the veal as it was not up to par to the usual standards. To be fair I did not mention it to the server as I know they would have tried to make it right. The service was polite but somewhat inattentive.

Had a delicious family meal here. The atmosphere was great and the steak was the best cut of meat I've ever had. Better than any steakhouse in the US I've experienced either. The salad portions were very large for starter salads. Our server was friendly but attentiveness was below standard, and after dessert we waited 30 minutes for her to return to check on us and for the cheque. Also the washrooms aren't in the venue, you need to leave and go into the casino which is weird.
Server did a great job taking care of us through out the meal, except for his strange comment about us spilling our food on the floor which we did not. Still not sure what he meant, i think it was a jab or joke at how fast we ate the appetitezirs, still not sure to be honest but made us feel uncomfortable like we were doing something wrong, we definitely did not spill any food... Food was great except for the "off tasting" mussels. My fiance won't eat mussels because of a bad experience from eating a bad one in the past. She finally decides to try again and i ordered the same dish with them as well. I learned why she wont eat mussels any longer, tasted like gasoline and iodine mixed together. I am a big fan of mussels, and i have never experienced one like this myself. Something was definitely off with the mussels. Otherwise our seafood pasta, and apps were great. The main reason for my one star review is because of the way the server handled the bill. We had $33 in complimentary food bonus from the casino, when the debit machine was presented to myself I was reminded twice that the tip is to be based on the full amount and not the amount after the food comp price. Also he was choosing the options for me when it was my turn on how to leave the tip, I tried to pick percentage but his eager fingers chose otherwise. I got confused and thought i was to enter the tip plus the bill total. I wanted to leave a forty dollar tip on a 140 dollar bill, like it or not, that is what i chose. We'll that turned the total amount to almost $300 and I said there must be a mistake, he did not seem impressed, so he reset the machine and we started again, i mentioned i would like to do a percentage but his eager fingers got in there again pushing buttons for me... this brought me to the same screen and i understood this time to enter the tip without the total and gave a 35 dollar tip. His pushy greed kinda ruined the experience unfortunately.
Shockingly terrible food. Literally opened a can of tomato sauce and slapped it on. Pasta was watery, leaking from the sauce. Chicken plain and under seasoned. A real shame given the great servers and decor. Kitchen quality extremely lacking.

First time dining here; we had the best time! Chris was our server and was very nice!! Everything was 10/10. We had the Arancini which was absolutely Delish! We also had the Ponte Vecchio salad who was really good as well. The gnocchi was soooooooooooo good!! The ricotta inside was amazing- we opted for a rośe sauce which we loved. We also had the salmon which was flavourful and Delish as well. We were really impressed with the service and the food. We will be back!

I have always had a great experience, service, food etc in the past. I have visited Ponte Vecchio several times and would consider myself a regular and often a "cheerleader" for the dining establishment. This one time was an exception which was NOT the norm. The service was slow, the server was not as attentive as usually they are. The food was served not as hot as it should have been . One other thing that was noted, the scallops were small and not quite the quality that I have experienced in the past. I am hoping that this was just a blip and not what will happen again as I always look forward to dining there. It seems to be a management issue throughout the Fallsview eateries and I hope they take note that a lot of patrons are noticing!
