Really likes the location, view and service. Took the 3 course meal 👍
We were greeted by Grave the most bubbly spirit I’ve encountered in a while. So full of fire and life she set the tone for a good experience. We were so hot we wanted drinks and I am a picky margarita girl and this was perfectly made, my partner had an espresso martini and that was very strong on the coffee flavor and no cream so if you like it that way it will have to be made with added splash of cream. Kimberley waited on us and she was kind enough to take our picture. This was our first stop and we are very pleased with our stop - this view is unmatched !! Grateful to be here is an understatement.
This is what paradise is like! Absolutely beautiful view from the patio. The ambiance is second to none. Classy yet very friendly. The food, while a bit eclectic was delightful. But even though we were enjoying one of the most beautiful vistas on earth the best part of our experience was the staff in general but Oliveiya in particular. She was amazing. Friendly, helpful while we never wanted for anything. We're already planning our next trip to the falls and another lunch at Queen Victoria Place is the centerpiece. You can thank me later, QVP is a must!
Our server was Caroline and she was brilliant. So happy and helpful. My husband had the tacos and was very pleased with his choice.
Very nice place to eat outside on the balcony.
Nick was a great server!
A good dinner on the large patio with outstanding view of both fallls. The locally sourced options were excellent.
Beautiful view and delicious, healthy food. This was our second visit and we will definitely be back.
Our waitress was so friendly and welcoming! The view was awesome, and the food was delicious! An amazing experience overall!
Manager went the extra mile to get us the entree we wanted. Ordered it from a sister restaurant because they were out of the entree at this location.

I asked for a Maple Pecan Pastry, and they gave me one with just a few pecans on it. Then I asked the young lady to replace it for me with one with more pecans... she gave me attitude and a long face, then gave me another one with a few pecans...
I started to lose my patience and asked her if she could really tell the difference of the one on display on the counter with a BUNCH of pecans and the ones she kept giving me with A FEW pecans. In her limited, teenage, overworked, underpaid little mind, all the pastries were the same.
The manager couldn't tell the difference either and told me which one from the display specifically I wanted, and they would gladly give it to me. Well, "gladly" was something I never got. Instead, I got attitude from the very beginning,
The stereotypical Canadian friendliness is nowhere to be found at this Coffee/Pastries shop EH!!!
To the big boy coworker backing up the confused young chick that told me Respect is earned... y'all lost my respect and got me yelling at y'all for not even having common sense and a good eye for FEW pecans and MORE pecans.

We stopped here for some hot chocolates while visiting the winter lights display. Friendly staff with a decent menu. Lots of tables and a gift shop attached. A great place to warm up before and after watching the fire works. Located right in the middle of the lights display.

I went here for my work conference and the food was exceptional. I definitely would recommend this place.
Access to the restaurant was not acceptable from the street shuttle for someone on crutches.
The staff saw I was struggling, and when it was time to catch my street shuttle, they went and got me a wheelchair and took me to the shuttle door. They went out of their way to help.
Thank you kindly.
Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible to the back of the building with a steep ramp.
