This place is always so consistent. Steaks are incredible, service is A+, and you can't beat the privacy and ambience.

We believe Ruth's Chris is the best Steakhouse restaurant in the Niagara Falls Region from the Head chef Andy to the complete team they are the best in the industry

The power went out aftercae ordered our mains. It never returned while we finished our meals. The lighting was only provided by a small table lamp they provided and no music. No subsidy was provided for our loss.

teresa was our server and she was a great server, very fast and diligent. made sure we had everything we needed, and was very sweet.

We had a fantastic dining experience at Ruth's Chris Steak House in Niagara Falls. The food was excellent! Our specific order, Tomahawk steak was cooked perfectly and everything we ordered was flavorful and well presented. The ambience was elegant and inviting, making it a great setting for a special night out. Worth driving out in the rain from Hamilton to Niagara Falls for this specific and delicious steak. Prices are higher, but the quality of food and service justify it.

Really good food! Loved my steak. They start with complimentary pretzel bread. I recommend the goat cheese and artichoke dip, as well as the mac and cheese, for appetizers. (Steak does not come with sides — I ordered them separately.)

Daniela did an amazing job at making our table of 6 feel welcome. She was very attentive from the moment we walked in and helped us out very well throughout the night. The steak was cooked perfectly, very tender and juicy. The lobster mac is also very good, made perfectly and overall, a great experience.

Daniella was delightful. She was prompt and very polite. She had good suggestions and treated us very well. Food was absolutely delicious as well. New York strip had such good flavor I didn’t want to ruin it by having dessert.

Amazing food and a great overall experience. Our server, Kaleb, was outstanding—friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. The atmosphere of the place was welcoming and comfortable, making it a great spot to enjoy a meal. Everything we ordered was fresh, well-prepared, and full of flavor. Amazing place and highly recommended—I’ll definitely be coming back.😉

Well, this was one of my first times in Canada, and I visited this restaurant with friends for New Years. I ordered the Lambchops, and they were exquisite. The meat is full of flavor, practically melts in your mouth. Our waiter was Mike and he did an Amazing job. What ruined our experience, was the fact that they lost my friends coat at coat check. This was frustrating since we traveled in a snow storm from The United States!!!! Hopefully next time will be more pleasant

We have dinned here three times so far. The service has been excellent and the food was also excellent. The beef carpaccio was exceptional. The seafood tower was excellent as was the calamari, crab stack and seared tuna. We've had the porterhouse, ribeye, T-bone and the New York. Some of the best tasting and tender steaks we've had. Thanks Chef Andy and our server on all occasions Teresa!

Overpriced items ! Some are okay but for worth the price - steaks don't have any sides : neither other items-.base bost is 70$ and up (no sides) stakes are not correctly cooked. TIP KIDS MEAL IS 20$ for salmon and side lol! Order and enjoy 😉 charging like millionaire prices for alright food.
