Ruth's Chris Steak House

I sat at the bar and the bartender was fabulous. Great conversation and attention. The price of food in that area is marked up incredibly high.

The restaurant was lovely and our server took great care of us. This was the most tender and tasty porterhouse I've had in years. Come hungry and share it with your favorite person.

Not only was the food good, the service was immaculate. Our server Shari was amazing, she was friendly and engaging.

We had a wonderful dinner! Everything tasted delicious. Our waiter was very friendly and fun!

So overpriced for tough, overcooked meat. Niagara Falls is known for expensive meals, but this was the worst.

Absolutely bad service .Teresa server never came to table to check if anything was needed and even asked for our bill waited 15 minutes never showed up reported to manager Tode on duty was extremely not helpful did not even paid attention when we were addressing our issue

I've been to a lot of Ruth Chris's. $120 for a steak and then extra for sides that are tiny. Also not only a Canada tax but another fee on top of it. For three of us: 4 drinks, 2 apps, 3 entrees it was $780. Def not worth the money. The steak was good but way overpriced. The sides were not normal sized sides. They only were big enough for one person. There are other steakhouses right nearby. Go there instead.

Arj was an amazing host. This place is extremely expensive and it's really only worth it for special occasions. Regardless, the food was excellent!! The Steak was done to perfection, the pecan sweet potato side did not disappoint and the chocolate cake was amazing! Well worth it for a special occasion

Food, service and restaurant gets 5 stars. However the prices are inflated due to the tourist trap, much more expensive than the Toronto locations. Also there is a Niagara Falls City Visiting tax applied as well by the restaurant owner which is a total rip off. For this, my favourite steak house only gets a 2 star overall.
Take lots of money for this place 🤣

Our dining experience at Ruth’s Chris Steak House in Niagara Falls was absolutely fabulous—and it was all because of Justin, our server.

From start to finish, Justin guided us through every step of our meal with kindness, professionalism, and care. He was incredibly accommodating, and truly couldn’t have been more gracious, charming, or helpful. He is the kind of server every fine restaurant should hope to have—an absolute model of excellent service.

When my iPhone died, Justin kindly took it and plugged it in at a different location to charge it for me. He explained the unique way steaks are served on hot plates, and helped us order them slightly rarer than usual, since they continue to cook at the table. He also didn’t oversell us on side dishes, knowing how large the portions are—which we really appreciated.

Justin made our night exceptional. He was wonderful in every way.

Our server, Justin, went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. His attention to detail and warm personality made the evening memorable. The food was incredible — Justin, made sure our steaks were prepared just right. Great food and outstanding service beautifully presented. We’ll definitely be back!
