Never again...The restaurant charged too much money for unremarkable food. Worse yet was the poor service, with staff hanging out at the cost of attention to the customers.

loud blond bartender tried to take extra money by jacking up us dollar conversion by 15% letting us know others got mad about it but they could just make the rate up. We got the wrong order, she would not bother to go get the replacement (we watched) for 15 minutes, we paid $40 for a house salad w/chicken/shrimp and it was just awful. Wildly overpriced food, limited menu, what a terrible place. Location? Egads, we had to drive a few miles away and take a shuttle OR we had to pay $20 just to park. Do not go here.

It has been 4 years since I was here, place looks cleaner and less hectic, specially given so many staying at Embassy with Solar eclipse. Service was great and timely by Sydney (she was very friendly, enthusiastic, best server I have experience in past 2 years!) Food was best at any TGIF I have been to (good cook and server to experience hot fresh food on time is a key.) Other than bit of high price (but true for all Niagara area restaurant) this was a great dining experience and recommend highly.

this isn't guacamole and the salsa I think both out of a cheap jar. Cesar no toppings. Staff was nice food sucks!!

The restaurant had ample seating available but we were denied seats and asked to place a take out order. While we were checking the menu to place our take out order a few other guests who were in line behind us were taken in and seated for dine in. After seeing this we once again asked one of the waiters if we could dine in. The waiter checked in with one of the staff who once again told us we can only do take out. We feel like we were discriminated against and the staff seem to be racist. We left from the restaurant and dined somewhere else. Very bad experience here. We recommend you dine somewhere else.

Really good we actually had a bad experience at one in the USA so we were reluctant to try it, it didn't disappoint, food service, restaurant cleanliness 5* no complaints. The broccoli cheddar soup is my favorite and the spinach dip.
Bartender white guy with beard, overcharged us for two drinks by almost 50 dollars, terrible service, and very racist with foreigners.

Service is good but food is horrible! Went to this TGIF which was conveniently located in the hotel lobby where we were staying for some late night food and drinks. We tried their chips/guacamole and a shareable platter. It was not bad at first but was rock hard after several minutes. :(

Received our food with exception of one plate of 1lbs of wings for my husband. Finally got it when we were all done our food, we then realize they brought out boneless wings not the wings we ordered. They said they would fix it so we waited longer. Once they came with the bill we saw they charge tax but with an additional Niagara Falls tax!!!! Never again!
