TGI Friday's Reviews
Went to Fridays late last night to bring back dinner for my family, staying at Hyatt next door. Have gone to Fridays many times in the states and my expectations were limited.
That said, greatly exceeded my expectations. Bartender with a beard took my order and was one of the most hospitable individuals I’ve dealt with at any Fridays. Food, for 5 people, came out very fast, bartender made certain we had all the utensils, condiments, etc. we needed and took care to...read full review
best burger ever!!!!!!!
Service was great, our waitress was great, but the food was not good. Like some others have said, vegetables tasted like they came from a frozen pack and then reheated. The chicken was crazy salty and reminded me on the boxed frozen chicken breasts from the grocery store. Had the cheese and chicken, $44 for what equated to pre cooked frozen food.

TGI Friday's is a popular restaurant that offers a decent dining experience. The food is generally satisfactory, with some visits providing better quality and service than others. The cocktails and beer are well-received, and the overall atmosphere is pleasant, especially in the Niagara area. The restaurant is known for providing timely and friendly service, with some servers standing out as particularly exceptional. Customers often find the drinks to be excellent, with the bartender skilled at pouring a good Guinness and mixing drinks like the Strawberry Hennessy cocktail. The food is fine and what you’d expect, though some find it meh, with the mac and cheese and an appetizer not being a great size. The atmosphere can feel depressing and outdated with old furniture. Service can be poor overall, with waiters who disappear, but the bartender Ricky is amazing, attentive, funny, and helpful.
